Remembering Mark Mobius, Father of Emerging Markets (and a Manga comic hero!)
The Galfromdownunder rides with the Man from All Over in Singapore UPDATE: The legendary Mark Mobius, aka "Father of Emerging Markets," passed away today . Last I saw him - in 2009 on a Bike Friday work trip to Singapore and Japan - he was busy being immortal, riding and researching and working out in 24-hour gyms. I'm bumping this post about our long-time association: he as my customer since the early 2000's, and I on speed-dial for his occasional calls: "I'm in Botswana - the chain came off - what do I do?"
